During a new patient consultation (50 minutes), I spend time to discuss your specific goals in respect of your health, review your current diet, activity levels and other aspects of lifestyle, and suggest a detailed plan to help you achieve your goals. Within a few days you will receive a detailed report and the option to contact me by email with any further questions.
Follow up appointments are 25-minute duration and followed by a detailed written report.
